A lot of labor time is needed for the preparation of epoxy and vinyl composite resins laminates. Positioning all the needed elements for a perfect lamination requires the careful arrangement of honey combs, wood, fiber glass mats, carbon fiber cloths, peel plays, resins, non wowens, and finally as the top layer the vacuum bag to compact all the composite layers under vacuum. A lot of time and a lot of labor cost.
At NovoGenio we have developed new Engineered flexible and 3D adaptable films for vacuum composites lamination. Our films reduce the wrinkles problems.
